Join us for an enchanting evening of artistry at the ‘Choir of our Mind’ exhibition! On Friday, September 22nd, from 5-9pm, step into Els Borghart’s art studio and immerse yourself in a captivating collection of portraits, each crafted from the stories and experiences of Ukrainian nationals living right here in Louth.

Within this exhibition, you will discover a curated collection of portraits meticulously drawn by Els Borghart. Additionally, we are delighted to also feature a self-portrait by Ukrainian artist Daria Ivanishchenko.

This isn’t just an art exhibition; it’s an opportunity for our community to come together, to bridge cultures and connect on a deeper level. Bring along your friends and family to celebrate the power of art and storytelling.

We extend a warm welcome to all, and we can’t wait to see you on this special evening.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to the Ukrainian participants who entrusted Els with their stories, to Yara Paievska for introducing her into the Ukrainian community and to Daria Ivanishchenko for contributing a self-portrait to the exhibition. A special thanks to Anastasiia, Daria, Elena, Marta, Nataliia, Olha, Olha, Olha, Oksana, Renat, Rostaslav, Viktorya, Viktoriia, Yana, Yana and Yara.
