This ongoing body of drawings poses questions about how the world we live in impacts my state of mind. By drawing myself in the respective mood that I am in, I am reflecting on how to find my place in a world that is fast and relentless, that is full of overwhelm and possibility, where efficiency rules and results must be achieved yesterday, where we seem to go from one crisis to the next, while hope and opportunity always have a role to play.

These works are reflective visuals that include a sense of ripples and distortion while providing a parallel of emotional questioning and response to the physical environment we live in, both unsettling and hopeful.
