When will my print arrive?

I try to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Please note that all my prints
are made to order, which can take up to 5 days.
Once the order is ready, the package is posted out as soon as possible.
You will receive an email when your print is shipped. From the shipping
date, the following delivery times apply:

Ireland – 2 to 5 business daysBelgium and the rest of the EU – 4 to 8 business daysThe rest of the world – 6 to 21 business days

Can I buy a framed print?

I do not ship framed work at this moment. However, I include guidelines and framing tips with your print to make it easier for you to organise your frame and to know what to pay attention to. Alternatively, you can visit me in the studio in Ireland to collect your framed print. For more information email me at elsborghart@gmail.com.

What if my print arrives damaged?

I quality check every print before shipping. However, if a print arrives damaged, please email me a photograph of the condition of the packaging and print at elsborghart@gmail.com. I will be happy to send a new one.

Can I return my print if I don't like it?

Accepted Answer

Of course, I hope that you love the work when you unwrap it! But if you
really don’t, you can return the print in its original state and packaging
within two weeks. Once I receive the returned print, I will refund you the
price of the print. Shipping costs will not be refunded however.
